Which Disneyland Paris ticket fits your trip?

Answer four quick questions about your Disney plans. Once complete, we will show only the single ticket that best matches your visit, transport preference and booking priority.

1. What is your main goal?

2. How much Disney time do you have?

3. How do you want to travel?

4. What matters most?

Answer the four questions

We will show one best-match Disneyland Paris ticket after your final choice.

Your park days and transport needs matter more than simply choosing the highest-rated or most expensive option.

05 · Before you book

What to check before visiting Disneyland Paris

A Disneyland Paris ticket does not settle every part of your visit. Check entry requirements and ride access before paying, especially if one attraction is the reason for your trip.

An undated ticket still needs a registered visit date

You cannot simply arrive on any day with an undated ticket. Registration depends on park capacity, so your preferred date may be unavailable.

Fix: Check date availability and the registration instructions before buying an undated ticket. Register your visit before travelling, and confirm that registration is complete before setting off.

Park admission does not include paid faster queues

Disney Premier Access costs extra and covers only eligible attractions. Without that upgrade, your park ticket does not grant access to those faster queues.

Fix: Check Premier Access prices and covered attractions in the park app before budgeting for an upgrade. Match the coverage to your priority rides, not your whole itinerary.

A child’s ticket does not guarantee access to every ride

Some attractions have minimum height requirements. A child can have valid park admission but still be unable to ride the attraction they most wanted.

Fix: Measure your child before booking. Check each priority attraction’s height and health restrictions in the park app, then choose alternatives everyone in your group can enjoy.

Your favourite attraction may be closed on your visit date

The resort opens every day, but individual attractions can close for maintenance. A valid ticket does not mean every ride will be operating.

Fix: Check the date-specific park calendar for planned closures before paying. Recheck attraction availability in the app before travelling, and keep alternatives if a particular ride matters.

06 · Know before you visit

Disneyland Paris Visitor Guide: Hours, Transport, Bags & Facilities

Once you have chosen your Disneyland Paris tickets, plan the visit itself. These details cover arrival, opening hours, bag limits, food and access inside the parks.

What are the park opening hours?

Each park’s hours change by date; early access is a separate benefit for eligible guests.

Use the date-specific calendar or park app for opening and closing times. Seasonal schedules and special occasions can change the hours.

Extra Magic Time gives eligible guests early access to one or both parks. Participating parks, start times and duration vary.

Eligibility includes Disney Hotel guests, Les Villages Nature Paris guests and Disneyland Pass Gold holders.

Allow approximately 30 minutes before park opening for security and entry preparations. This is an arrival allowance, not a guaranteed screening time.

How long should I allow for the visit?

Allow a full day for selected highlights; two days gives a more balanced introduction to both parks.

Treat one day as an introduction, rather than enough time to explore everything. Choose your priority rides and entertainment first.

For a first visit covering both parks, consider two days. This also gives you an opportunity to see each park’s nighttime show.

Build meals, character encounters and rest breaks into your plan. Do not treat every hour inside the gates as riding time.

Use the app’s daily show schedule to plan your finish, rather than assuming your final ride ends the day.

Which train station and entrance should I use?

Take RER A to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, approximately a two-minute walk from the park entrances.

The journey from Châtelet takes approximately 40 minutes. Allow separately for your journey to Châtelet and waiting for a train.

Do not get off at Val d’Europe for the parks. That stop serves the shopping centre, aquarium and nearby accommodation.

Disneyland Park has its main entrance beneath the Disneyland Hotel, leading into Main Street, U.S.A.

Disney Adventure World has a separate entrance beside Studio Services, leading toward World Premiere. Follow signs for the park you intend to enter.

Can I wear a costume, and what happens at security?

Visitors aged 12 or older ordinarily cannot wear costumes or masks; special-event rules can differ.

The costume and mask restriction has a medical exception. Do not assume an event’s costume rules apply on other dates.

Tops, bottoms and footwear are required. Clothing that drags along the ground is prohibited.

Clothing and belongings may undergo visual or device-assisted checks. Refusing an inspection can prevent entry.

Leave toy guns, imitation weapons, drones and remote-controlled toys behind. These are prohibited even when intended as children’s toys or costume accessories.

Can I bring a backpack or suitcase?

Bags exceeding 55 × 40 × 25 cm are prohibited inside the parks, including handles, wheels and pockets.

The 55 × 40 × 25 cm limit applies to the whole bag, not just its main compartment. Measure packed luggage accordingly.

Paid Guest Storage is outside Disneyland Park, to the right of the entrance as you approach.

Confirm current storage charges there before leaving luggage. Do not budget on storage being free.

Bag size is not the only restriction: alcohol and glass bottles are prohibited inside the parks, even when they fit in your backpack.

Where can I eat, refill water and find toilets?

The parks have dining options, drinking-water fountains and accessible toilets; you can also leave and return for food.

Choose between counter-service restaurants, table-service restaurants and buffets. Park and hotel restaurants offer vegetarian or vegan options.

The interactive map marks drinking-water fountains. Park maps also identify toilets and accessible facilities.

Disney Village offers dining outside the ticketed gates. You can return to the parks the same day by scanning your ticket again.

Tell restaurant staff about food allergies. Allergen information is available, but cross-contamination remains possible during preparation.

What access is available for wheelchair users?

Restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible, but some attractions require a transfer or walking.

Accessible toilets are provided. Attraction maps distinguish wheelchair access, transfer requirements, lifts and steps.

Wheelchair rental is available at Town Square Terrace in Disneyland Park and near Studio Services in Disney Adventure World.

Priority Cards require accepted disability documentation and provide priority, not immediate access. Advance applications open one month before your visit.

Easy Access Cards for qualifying long-term conditions use attraction return times. They are a different system from Priority Cards.

Where are the baby facilities and stroller rentals?

Baby Care Centres are near Plaza Gardens Restaurant in Disneyland Park and beside Studio Services in Disney Adventure World.

The Baby Care Centres provide feeding and changing facilities. Use these locations when planning breaks between attractions.

Rent a stroller at Town Square Terrace or Studio Services. Rental is paid; current prices are available on site.

Rider Switch lets accompanying adults take turns on a ride while one stays with a child.

The first rider collects the pass at the attraction exit. Adults then swap without both repeating the standard queue.

What do I need the park app for?

The app shows live waits, maps and show times, and handles reservations for the Anna and Elsa encounter.

Use the Disneyland Paris app for attraction details, restaurant bookings and the day’s entertainment schedule.

The Anna and Elsa encounter inside Arendelle Castle requires a free reservation, principally through the app. Places depend on availability.

Free Wi-Fi is available in both parks, though coverage is not promised everywhere. Mobile-phone charging points carry an additional fee.

Accessibility audio information uses the separate AudioSpot app at equipped locations. Bring your own headphones; this is not a whole-resort sightseeing audio tour.

Can I take photos or bring a selfie stick?

Personal photos are allowed, but flash, filming lights and camera extensions exceeding 20 cm face restrictions.

Visitor photographs and recordings are for personal use. Commercial use requires written authorization.

Flash photography and filming with lights are prohibited in attractions and shows.

Poles, tripods, monopods and device extensions exceeding 20 cm when fully extended are prohibited. Measure the extended accessory, not its folded length.

Backstage and fenced-off areas are not open to visitors. Stay within public areas when choosing a photo position.

07 · In depth

Look beyond the rides to see how the parks tell stories

Disneyland Paris makes more sense when you notice the lands around the rides. The castle, themed streets and fictional landscapes give individual attractions a wider setting. Looking only at ride names misses those connections.

Read each land as a setting, and its rides as different ways of entering the same story.

Five lands give the castle park its structure

Disneyland Park contains Main Street, U.S.A., Frontierland, Adventureland, Fantasyland and Discoveryland. Sleeping Beauty Castle forms its visual centrepiece, but each land gives you a different theme to follow.

Compare Big Thunder Mountain and Phantom Manor in Frontierland with Peter Pan’s Flight in Fantasyland. Then consider Discoveryland’s Star Wars attractions. The shift between these settings matters as much as the change between ride types.

The second park shows how the resort has changed

Disneyland Park opened on April 12, 1992. The second park followed on March 16, 2002, under the name Walt Disney Studios Park. It became Disney Adventure World on March 29, 2026.

That latest change brought World of Frozen, Adventure Way and new attractions. Alongside Marvel Avengers Campus and Worlds of Pixar, these places make fictional worlds a useful way to understand the park’s layout.

Arendelle extends the story beyond one attraction

World of Frozen combines a landscape with a ride, character encounters, shops and food locations. North Mountain rises approximately 36 metres, giving the area a large visual landmark.

Frozen Ever After tells its story through a family boat attraction featuring Anna, Elsa, Olaf and other characters. Arendelle Boutique and Nordic Crowns Tavern extend the setting beyond that ride. Notice how the same fictional place connects these different experiences.

Notice the setting before the ride

At each change of land, look at the buildings and landmarks before focusing on the next attraction. Ask which world they establish. The parks become easier to understand when rides, shops and restaurants read as parts of a setting rather than separate stops.

08 · FAQ

Disneyland Paris ticket questions to settle before your visit

Do I need to book Disneyland Paris tickets before arriving?

Yes, booking in advance is the safest option. Disneyland Paris normally does not sell tickets at the park gates, except for limited payment situations when capacity remains.

Choose your visit date and park coverage before travelling. Do not rely on buying tickets at the entrance, particularly during holidays and busy weekends.

What is the difference between a 1-Park and a 2-Park Disneyland Paris ticket?

A 1-Park ticket admits you to the single Disney Park covered by your ticket. A 2-Park ticket allows access to both Disneyland Park and Disney Adventure World on the valid day.

Choose one park if you have limited time and a short priority list. Choose two parks if attractions in both matter to you, but allow for walking and queues.

Do I need to reserve a date for an undated Disneyland Paris ticket?

Yes. An undated ticket needs advance registration for your visit date, and entry depends on park capacity. A ticket already displaying a specific valid visit date generally does not need separate registration.

Check the official registration calendar before buying an undated ticket for a particular trip. Keep the registration confirmation and ticket available on arrival.

Is one day enough for both Disneyland Paris parks?

You can enter both parks in one day with a valid 2-Park ticket, but you are unlikely to experience every ride, show and character encounter.

For a first visit, one full day works better when you prioritise a few attractions. Two days is more comfortable if you want to explore both parks and enjoy the evening shows.

Are Disney Premier Access passes included with admission?

No. A regular park ticket does not include paid Disney Premier Access, which offers access to a faster queue at selected attractions.

Premier Access One applies to one eligible attraction and a specified time slot; Ultimate covers eligible attractions under its rules. Compare the added price with the rides you actually want.

Can I change or cancel my Disneyland Paris ticket?

It depends on the ticket. Most directly purchased dated tickets can be cancelled up to three days before the visit, but Basic dated tickets have stricter non-refundable terms. Undated and reseller tickets can have different conditions.

Read the exact cancellation policy shown at checkout and on your booking confirmation. Do not assume all discounted or bundled tickets are flexible.

Are children under three free at Disneyland Paris?

Yes. Children under three can enter the Disney Parks without a paid admission ticket. Child fares generally apply to ages 3–11, although some ticket types use different pricing rules.

Check children's heights for must-do attractions before your trip. Free park admission does not remove ride height or safety requirements.

How do I get to Disneyland Paris from central Paris by train?

Take RER A towards Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy. The station is very close to the Disney Park entrances; travel from Châtelet is around 40 minutes, subject to service conditions.

Check the train's destination before boarding because RER A has branches. Allow extra time for your connection to the RER and security screening at the resort.

Can I leave Disneyland Paris and re-enter later on the same day?

Yes. Disneyland Paris permits same-day re-entry with your valid park admission ticket.

Keep your ticket accessible for scanning again. Re-entry does not upgrade a 1-Park ticket into a 2-Park ticket.

Do Disneyland Paris tickets include shows and fireworks?

Standard park admission includes access to regular shows and entertainment offered in the park covered by your ticket, subject to the daily schedule and capacity. Some reserved viewing experiences cost extra.

Check the Disneyland Paris app for performance times. Outdoor spectaculars can change or be cancelled because of weather or operations.

What are Disneyland Paris opening hours?

Both Disney Parks operate throughout the year, but opening and closing hours vary by date, season and special events. Extra Magic Time is available only to eligible guests.

Check the official date-specific calendar shortly before your visit instead of relying on a fixed opening time found in an older article.

Can I bring my own food to Disneyland Paris?

You may bring food, but large picnic setups requiring equipment such as cool boxes, tables or bulky containers are not permitted inside the parks. A picnic area is provided outside the park entrances.

For an easy visit, pack compact snacks and check current security restrictions. Restaurants and quick-service food are also available across the resort.

Can I bring a large suitcase or backpack into Disneyland Paris?

Bags larger than 55 × 40 × 25 cm, including handles and wheels, are prohibited inside the Disney Parks. All bags can be checked at security.

If arriving with luggage, arrange suitable paid storage before entering. Keep medicines and essentials in a smaller bag that meets the park's rules.

Is Disneyland Paris accessible for visitors with disabilities?

Disneyland Paris provides accessibility information, adapted services and a Priority Card scheme for eligible visitors with accepted disability documentation. Priority access is not the same as immediate boarding.

Check individual attraction transfer and evacuation requirements. If eligible, you can request a Priority Card online up to one month before your visit and collect it with the required documents.

What should I check if I book a Disneyland Paris ticket with shuttle transport?

A ticket-plus-shuttle package is different from park admission alone. Departure location, boarding time, return coach schedule and the number of included park days all depend on the package.

Before paying, confirm the exact Paris pickup point, how long you will have inside the parks, and whether the shuttle returns after the evening show. Compare it with the RER A if you want more flexibility.
