Follow Main Street toward Sleeping Beauty Castle
Start beneath the Disneyland Hotel and follow Main Street, U.S.A. toward the castle. Use this approach to get your bearings before choosing Fantasyland, Frontierland or Discoveryland.
For things to do at Disneyland Paris, start with Sleeping Beauty Castle and the lands around it. Choose World of Frozen for a second park day, then add dinner in Disney Village or a Lake Disney walk.
Allow a full day for selected highlights, not this entire list. Group rides by land instead of crossing the parks repeatedly.
Start beneath the Disneyland Hotel and follow Main Street, U.S.A. toward the castle. Use this approach to get your bearings before choosing Fantasyland, Frontierland or Discoveryland.
Both sit in Frontierland, but offer different experiences: a coaster and a dark ride. Keep them together in your plan instead of returning across the park later.
Fantasyland combines different ride styles, not just different characters. Pair Peter Pan’s dark ride with the boat ride, or choose Dumbo for another family option.
Hyperspace Mountain is a thrill coaster; Star Tours is a motion simulator. Choose by ride style as well as theme, especially when travelling with children.
World of Frozen combines the family boat ride with Arendelle’s shops, food and character experiences. Leave time for the setting, rather than treating the ride exit as your cue to leave.
Worlds of Pixar includes Ratatouille, Crush’s Coaster and Toy Story attractions. Start with the experience your group wants most, rather than assuming every Pixar ride suits everyone.
Choose Disney Tales of Magic in Disneyland Park or Disney Cascade of Lights at Adventure Bay. Make that choice before arranging dinner or your return transport.
The castle and World of Frozen are in different parks. Choose two-park access to combine them, or keep your day within one park. Paid Premier Access is separate and covers only eligible attractions.
Do not automatically add every nearby attraction. Choose one or two small stops; save another substantial visit for a non-park day.
Disney Village offers restaurants and shops outside the ticketed parks. Use it for dinner after your final ride, or for a meal on arrival day without using park admission.
The Lake Disney walkway toward the hotels has benches. Choose a short waterside pause when another attraction would add effort rather than enjoyment.
This shopping and dining district sits one RER stop from the resort. It offers a change from park attractions, but the extra journey makes it less useful for a brief lunch break.
La Vallée Village is a designer outlet destination near Val d’Europe. Add it if shopping is a real priority, not simply because it appears close to the parks.
The aquarium in the Val d’Europe area shifts the focus from rides to marine life. Treat it as an alternative outing, not another stop between park reservations.
Stay near the resort instead of adding a shopping trip. Decide first whether dinner comes before or after your evening show.
Choose a bench and a short walk over another queue. If the group is already tired, skip sightseeing and keep the stop brief.
An aquarium gives children a different focus. Keep it separate from your main park day so neither visit becomes something to rush through.
For one day, consider concentrating on one park. For a balanced introduction to both, allow two days rather than expecting to finish everything.
Pick a short list of rides and an evening show. Check availability, then group nearby experiences around those priorities without filling every gap.
Choose dinner, a walk or a separate outing—not all of them. Leave time for queues, meals and a change of plan.
Decide where your favourite experiences are first. Extra park access only helps if you have time to use it.
Entry covers attractions and shows in your selected park. It does not cover experiences across both parks.
Visit both parks in one day, with a focused shortlist. Access does not mean enough time for every major ride.
Spread both parks across several days. More park time leaves room for breaks, but does not reserve character encounters.
Combine admission with shuttle transport. Check the schedule before building your visit around an evening performance.
Compare what each option solves: a focused day, time across both parks, or transport bundled with entry.
A focused park day
Use this for a shortlist built around one day. Select one park for a concentrated visit, or both for specific favourites across the resort.
Time for both parks
Choose this when the castle, Frozen and Pixar all make your shortlist. Separate park days let you plan around different shows without constant park changes.
Entry with transport
Consider this if arranging the park journey separately is your main obstacle. Build your ride and evening plans around the confirmed shuttle schedule.

Plan food around the route, not squeezed between timed attractions. Keep a separate budget for meals, drinks and optional upgrades.
If eating in Disney Village, check opening times first. Finish before your planned park arrival rather than using your first ride window for breakfast.
Use quick service when rides lead the plan; reserve a table for a longer break. Find water fountains and quieter areas on the map.
This keeps a full meal out of your ride time. If dining outside before returning, keep your ticket ready for same-day re-entry.
An exhausting day often starts with too many separate commitments. Protect your main experiences before adding reservations elsewhere.
The resort opens daily, but individual attractions can close. Check the date-specific calendar and keep an alternative in the same land.
Height rules and wheelchair transfers vary by ride. Check access before making promises; use Rider Switch and Baby Care Centres when they help your group.
Availability and reservations can limit meetings. Keep a nearby ride as your backup instead of making one character the condition for a successful day.
Halloween runs September 26–November 1, 2026; Christmas runs November 7, 2026–January 6, 2027. Check the programme for your date rather than assuming seasonal entertainment runs year-round.
RER A takes about 40 minutes from Châtelet to Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy, then roughly two minutes on foot. Aim to arrive 30 minutes before park opening.
Weekdays and evenings do not guarantee brief waits. Use live wait times, leave slack before meals, and drop a lower-priority ride when needed.
For a first visit, consider two days across both parks. Choose three priority experiences each day, leave room for a show, and add dinner in Disney Village—not another full outing.
